1. Take the Coleman stove and go to a park or beach and make Dad a pancake breakfast.
  2. Tell Dad you’ll do all of his chores all weekend long.
  3. Rent Dad’s favorite movie.
  4. Make his favorite food for breakfast, lunch and dinner on Father’s Day.
  5. Take Dad out for the day doing a variety of what he loves best – whether that is fishing, hiking, playing sports, or whatever he loves.
  6. Have the kids make a list of all the things they love about their Dad. Write each one down of a small piece of paper. Fold it, and put it in a jar. At different intervals on Sunday, have Dad take out the notes and read them.
  7. Have the entire family (if you can fit) lay in bed together on Sunday morning watching cartoons.
  8. Take Dad’s car to be detailed on Saturday, and surprise him with it on Sunday.
  9. Make homemade Father’s Day cards and place them all over the house. (medicine cabinet, in the fridge, on his favorite chair, in his sock drawer and even on his car’s steering wheel!
  10. Play his favorite board game.
  11. Tell him what a great Dad he really is!
